Tours in HanoiDay 1 – Welcome to Vietnam – Arrive Hanoi
Upon arrival at Noi Bai airport, our tour guide & driver will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel. Enjoy a welcome dinner at the Cha Ca La Vong restaurant. On your first day in Vietnam you have free at your leisure to rest or explore, discovering your own first impression of Vietnam with Old Quarter, Hoan Kiem lake … Overnight in Hanoi.
 
Day 2: Ha Noi – Cooking class with the Chef of Spices Garden Restaurant (B/L)
After breakfast, Today’s class begins with a walk, accompanied by the Chef of Vietnamese Restaurant, to the local market, where participants get a chance to learn all about Vietnamese ingredients. After that, everyone rolls up their sleeves in the kitchen to prepare a proper Vietnamese meal. After the class lunch will be served in Vietnamese Restaurant to sample all the different dishes prepared during the class. This afternoon you will discover Hanoi with an English speaking guide. Part of your tour will include sightseeing by cyclo, a bicycle type taxi, by which you’ll discover the Old Quarter made up of the so called “36 streets,” most of which are named after the crafts or merchandise traditionally sold there.
Have dinner at another of Hanoi’s fine restaurants (on the guest’s account). Afterwards enjoy a performance of a traditional water puppet show. This fantastic art form originated in northern Vietnam and is best seen in Hanoi. The Municipal Water Puppet Theater is located on the shore of Hoan Kiem Lake. It is an unforgetable experience of Hanoi culture. Overnight in Hanoi.
 
Day 3: Hanoi – Halong bay (B/L/D)
Tours in Halong BayHaving two days trip on cruises in Halong bay to admire the magnificent and spectacular of this bay. Overnight on cruises to enjoy the wonderful experience on sea.
Driver transfers from Hanoi to Halong bay by car about 3.5 hours and have views simple, country side, rice paddy life..
Once reaching Halong Bay, welcome on boat, enjoy welcome drink and visit its wonderful scenery of limestone, karts islands, caves, lagoon… Lunch served on-board while viewing the islands. Dinner and overnight in Halong Bay on Cruise.
 
Day 4: Halong bay – Hanoi & flight to Hue (B/L)
After breakfast, keep cruising around the bay. Have lunch.
Back to Halong bay harbour. Hit the road back to Hanoi. Transfer to the airport for flight to Hue, the last imperial capital of Vietnam. Upon arrival, check in hotel and free. 
Overnight in Hue.
 
Day 5: Hue (B/L) 
Temple Thien Mu in Hue CityHue is one must-see attraction in Central Vietnam where you can learn about Vietnam history. This old capital of Nguyen Dynasty – the last one in Vietnam with many royal constructions and the complex of King’s tombs which remains original and unique architectures.
After breakfast, morning cruise trip along on the romantic Perfume River to enjoy the tranquil atmosphere and green scenery. Visit Thien Mu Pagoda – the most ancient in Hue to get more knowledge of Buddhism in Hue and Vietnam. Then continue to discover Imperial Citadel from where the Nguyen Dynasty ruled between 1802 and 1945 including Flag Tower, Noon Gate, Nine Dynastic Urns, Nine Holy Cannons, Thai Hoa Palace, and Forbidden Purple City. Enjoy at the local restaurant
The afternoon continues with a visit the Mausoleum of Emperor Minh Mang. In the afternoon, visit the Imperial Citadel, the Purple Forbidden City, the Mausoleum of Emperor Tu Duc and the bustling Dong Ba market. Overnight in Hue
 
Day 6: Hue – Da Nang – Hoi An (B/L/D)
Hoi An, an exceptionally well-preserved example of a traditional Asian trading port, is an outstanding material manifestation of the fusion of cultures over time in an international maritime commercial centre.
Have breakfast, tranfer from Hue to Hoian ancient. It is a great journey with pass over famous beautiful destinations of Lang Co Beach, Hai Van Pass - “Ocean Cloudy Mountain Pass”, to get more experience of Vietnam landscapes. Visit the Hoian ancient town of Hoian including the tile-roofed Japanese Bridge, taciturn Chinese Assembly Halls and Trading Houses, Pagodas, and the market located by Thu Bon river. Go shopping in Hoian famous
handicraft shops. (Lunch and Dinner in Hoi An). Overnight in Hoian.
 
Day 7: Hoi An – Red Bridge cooking class (B/L)
After breakfast at the hotel, we start the day about 8:45am with a drink at Hai Scout Cafe as our meeting point. Visit Hoi An’s colorful market, and experience the amazing sights, sounds and aromas of this busy market. We will have the opportunity to interact with local sellers and purchase some of the ingredients to be used in the cooking lesson later. We board the Red Bridge boat for a leisurely cruise (25 minutes) along the Hoi An River to Red Bridge Cooking School. This is a chance to view local river life, so make sure your camera is handy. On arrival, we have a chance to explore the cooking school’s herb and vegetable garden, before learning about some of Hoi An’s and Vietnam’s well-known dishes. The cooking class is an interesting and fun way to learn about the local cuisine – the class runs for about an hour and 15 minutes, and includes demonstrations from the school’s chefs, as well as the chance for us to help prepare some dishes. Included in the demonstration is a brief introduction to Vietnamese food carving (plate decoration). Free leisure time to explore the ancient town of Hoi An or shop at tailor shops. Dinner at your expense. Stay overnight at your hotel of choice in Hoi An.
 
Day 8: Hoi An – Da Nang – Ho Chi Minh (B/L)
Tours in HoianHave breakfast at hotel. Free at leisure to have more wandering around Hoian ancient town and surrounding to get the tranquil and amazing life of local people. Then, Transfer to Danang Airport for onward flight to next destination – Ho Chi Minh City which is the biggest industrial and commercial city of Vietnam. Pick up at Tan Son Nhat airport and transfer to hotel. Dinner on guests account. Stay overnight at your hotel of choice in Ho Chi Minh city.
 
Day 9: Saigon Cooking Class & Cu Chi Tunnels (B/L)
Breakfast at the hotel. Take part in a morning cooking lesson at the Vietnam Cookery Center: this hands-on cooking course is conducted by a professional chef and translated by a MC who will explain the teachings of the chef and talk about the history and culture of Vietnamese cuisine. The lesson includes a market visit and lunch. Following lunch, depart on an excursion to the Cu Chi Tunnels on distance of 65km: Cu Chi was an important base during the American War, because of its strategic location. The Vietcong built a 200km long network of tunnels connecting command posts, hospitals, shelters, and weapon factories. Dug out by hand tools without the use of cement, this amazing network was only recently opened to tourists. Dinner at your expense. Stay overnight at your hotel of choice in Ho Chi Minh city.
 
Day 10: Saigon – Mekong Delta – Can Tho (B/L)
Tours in Mekong DeltaToday you leave the bustle of the big city and drive to the lush Mekong River Delta. Leave the hotel at 7:30 AM for a 3-hour drive to Cai Be, stopping en route for a tea break at the Trung Luong Bonsai Garden. Upon arrival, board a motorized boat to visit the popcorn cake and rice paper making factory, before visiting Cai Be’s lively floating market. Continue by boat towards Vinh Long province to see the diverse fish traps. After cruising along narrow, shady canals, you step ashore for a traditional music show. Enjoy lunch at a local home/ bonsai garden. After lunch, take a short walk through the peaceful countryside, pausing on the way to learn more about the tropical fruit trees. Continue by boat to visit a brick and pottery factory, before returning to the car for the drive to Can Tho. Arrive in Can Tho in the late afternoon and enjoy a leisurely walking tour through the evening market.
 
Day 11: Can Tho – Cai Rang Floating Market – Saigon (B/L)
Wake early and leave the hotel to visit the famous Cai Rang floating market by motor boat. Continue the boat ride to visit the Mekong Delta’s famous orchards and sample some of the fresh, exotic fruit. Then venture deeper into the country side, passing traditional houses made of wood and palm leaves as you observe the activities of the local people. Return to Can Tho for lunch then drive back to Saigon, arriving in the late afternoon. 
 
Day 12: Ho Chi Minh city – Departure (B)
After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy free leisure time until you transfer to the airport for your departure. End of services.
