At 8:00 AM: We'll pick you up from your hotel and head towards Ninh Binh (a 2-hour drive). Enjoy the beautiful scenery along the roadside as we make our way. Upon arrival in Ninh Binh city, our first stop is Hoa Lu, the ancient Royal Capital of Vietnam, where we'll visit the temples dedicated to King Dinh and King Le, marveling at their unique ancient architecture.
Next, we'll proceed to Tam Coc for lunch at a delightful restaurant offering local delicacies.
Afterward, embark on a small sampan boat to explore Tam Coc, known as "three caves," on a 2.5-hour journey. Experience breathtaking views reminiscent of Halong Bay, featuring majestic limestone cliffs, mysterious caves, and tranquil countryside landscapes of serene streams, rice paddies, and verdant fields. It's a perfect opportunity for photography enthusiasts to capture unforgettable moments and scenery.
We'll also take a cycling tour to Bich Dong pagoda nearby and ascend the mountain for a panoramic view of Bich Dong and Tam Coc. We'll return to Hanoi in the late afternoon, ensuring you have ample time to cherish the day's experiences.
