At the former capital of the 10th and 11th centuries, visit the temples dedicated to King Dinh and King Le. The standard day includes Hoa Lu and a Trang An boat trip. Hang Mua and the Tam Coc boat ride are not included. If either is a priority, we can design a different Ninh Binh day or an overnight stay, with the walking effort and price explained first.

Morning — Hanoi to Hoa Lu. Your private guide and driver meet you at your Hanoi Old Quarter accommodation, normally around 8:30 am. Travel south to Ninh Binh; the road journey is about two hours, with timing adjusted to your hotel and traffic. At Hoa Lu, explore the temples dedicated to King Dinh and King Le and hear the story of Vietnam’s capital in the 10th and 11th centuries.

Return — back to Hanoi. Meet your driver after the boat trip and return to your agreed Hanoi drop-off point. We confirm the expected return window before departure; allow flexibility for traffic and site conditions. Lunch is included; this is a day trip with no overnight accommodation.
