Arrival in Hanoi. Welcome to Vietnam. Your private airport transfer takes you to the Hanoi accommodation confirmed in your quotation. Morning — Hanoi to Hoa Lu. Join your guide and sightseeing vehicle, usually around 8:30 AM, and travel to Ninh Binh. Discover the temples and stories of the Dinh and Early Le dynasties at Hoa Lu, Vietnam’s ancient capital in the 10th and early 11th centuries.
Lunch and Trang An’s waterways. Enjoy a local lunch, then board a rowboat for limestone scenery, peaceful waterways and caves in the UNESCO-listed Trang An landscape. The selected boat route follows site arrangements and conditions for the day.
Return to Hanoi. Meet your vehicle for the drive back and enjoy your evening at leisure. Overnight: Hanoi. Meals: breakfast and lunch.
Morning — Hanoi to Ha Long Bay. Leave Hanoi with your guide and sightseeing transport, usually around 8:00–8:30 AM. Allow about 2.5–3 hours of highway driving plus pickup and any stops. A pearl-culture visit can be arranged when it fits the departure; shopping is optional.
A day among limestone islands. Board your day-cruise boat, enjoy lunch and watch the bay’s limestone scenery unfold. Discover Sung Sot Cave, explore the Luon Cave area by kayak or bamboo boat and visit Titop Island for beach time or views. The chosen boat programme and conditions determine the activity order.
Afternoon light and return. Enjoy the boat’s afternoon refreshments before returning to the pier and travelling back to Hanoi. This is a day cruise, with no overnight cabin or sunrise tai chi in the standard sample. Ask us for an overnight-cruise upgrade if you want a longer bay experience.

Morning — fly from Hanoi to Da Nang. After breakfast, transfer to Hanoi’s airport for your flight. Nonstop flying time is typically about 1.5 hours, with additional time for airport travel, check-in and baggage. Airfare and baggage are quoted separately. We choose a flight that leaves practical time for the afternoon programme.
Cam Thanh coconut waterways. Meet the Da Nang team and continue towards Hoi An. Discover Cam Thanh’s coconut-palm waterways by basket boat and hear about local fishing life. Share children’s ages and comfort needs so we can plan the boat experience appropriately.
Hoi An heritage and lantern evening. Walk the old town’s lanes, visit the Phuc Kien Assembly Hall and a heritage house such as Tan Ky or Phung Hung, and pause around the Japanese Covered Bridge. Browse craft shops if you wish, enjoy a local dinner and experience the lantern-lit Hoai River, including the boat and lantern activity in the confirmed programme. Return to your Da Nang hotel.
Your exact sequence follows the booked flight and arrival time; we adjust the sightseeing if a later arrival requires it. Overnight: Da Nang. Meals: breakfast and dinner.
Morning — coastal scenery towards Hue. Start early from Da Nang, usually around 7:00–7:30 AM. Travel through the Hai Van area with scenic stops around Lap An Lagoon and Lang Co. The selected vehicle and road conditions determine whether the mountain pass or tunnel is used; we confirm this for your departure.
Royal architecture and Hue flavours. Visit Khai Dinh Tomb, with its intricate decoration and blend of design influences. Enjoy a local lunch, then explore Hue’s Imperial City and the history of the Nguyen dynasty.
Thien Mu and the return journey. Visit Thien Mu Pagoda before returning to Da Nang in the late afternoon or evening. This is a full-day excursion with a substantial return drive. If you want more time in Hue, Vietpower Travel can quote a private route with an overnight stay.

Son Tra and Lady Buddha. Start from your Da Nang hotel, usually around 7:30–8:00 AM, and visit Linh Ung Pagoda on Son Tra, often called Monkey Mountain. Enjoy the Lady Buddha statue, coastal views and the pagoda’s grounds.
Marble Mountains and cave discoveries. Continue to the Marble Mountains, where pagodas and cave spaces are linked by paths and steps. Visit Huyen Khong or Tang Chon Cave and Am Phu Cave according to the programme. An elevator can shorten part of the climb where available; access and any additional fee are confirmed separately.
Lunch and a free afternoon. Enjoy a local lunch and return to your hotel around early afternoon. Relax, explore independently or ask us about an extra experience. A Ba Na Hills and Golden Bridge day is a tailored alternative, not an additional included stop on this morning tour.

This North and Central Vietnam journey combines two Hanoi-based day trips, a domestic flight and three nights in Da Nang. The first day and the final afternoon in Da Nang leave room to rest. Hue is a full day out; for a gentler pace, ask us to shorten that day or add a night in Hue.
