• In the early morning, your private guide will pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to Cai Be pier.
• Your adventure begins with a visit to the vibrant Cai Be floating market. Next, we’ll head to Tân Phong Island, where you can bike or walk along village paths to experience local life firsthand. You'll see orchards, a school, a church, a pagoda, traditional houses, and perhaps even witness ancestral methods of fruit picking in the Mekong Delta. Along the way, we’ll make stops to observe local crafts, such as rice net making for spring rolls, crafting coconut leaves for thatched roofs, and weaving dried water hyacinth into baskets, bags, hats, wallets, and shoes. A rowboat will then take you deeper into the countryside along smaller canals for a serene experience.
• Lunch will be served at Ba Kiet or Muoi Huong.
• Afterward, we’ll board our boat to cross the mighty Mekong River, one of the longest rivers in the world, and arrive at An Bình Island. You’ll then travel along the Muong Lo handmade canal and check in at either Út Trinh, Út Quỳnh, or Út Bình homestay.
• After a refreshing shower, you’ll have the chance to cook traditional dishes with a local family. Enjoy dinner and spend the night at the homestay.

• Enjoy breakfast and check out before taking a leisurely stroll through the village to soak in the fresh morning air. You’ll visit a local workshop to see how rice paper, coconut candy, and popped rice are made, accompanied by some sweet treats and a cup of hot tea.
• Next, embark on a boat trip to the brick kilns, where you can observe local artisans crafting beautiful pottery from clay. As we cruise along the floating village, you’ll also learn about catfish farming in the Mekong River. We can stop by Vinh Long market, a fantastic spot for capturing vibrant photos of fish, shrimp, prawns, crabs, snakes, rice-field rats, tropical fruits, and vegetables.
• The cruise will conclude in Vinh Long city around 10:00 AM.
• Afterward, you’ll be transferred back to your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, marking the end of your services.
